Software Engineer IV

Description:

The candidate shall provide software development services for an Intelligence Community program(s). The program includes prototype development, as well as advancing the state / design of current systems. The position shall include architecture development, design, and team leadership.

Qualifications:

To qualify, the candidate shall possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field. A master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desirable. The candidate shall possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience, preferably within the Intelligence Community. The candidate shall possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communications skills. Specifically, the candidate shall possess experience in:
- C
- Web ApplicationDevelopment: HTML, PHP, JSP, Servlets, and Java
- Architecture, design, and development: Java, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, RMI-IIOP, log4j, Eclipse, MySQL, and JBOSS
- Database schema design
- Query
- development to include SQL
Knowledge of networks, network construction and connectivity.

Candidate must hold an active Top Secret / SCI Clearance with Lifestyle Polygraph
